R.I.P CUTIE :(

 R.I.P Shaniya

When i heard J. Cole’s song “See World” it made me cry.  That song was dedicated to this little girl Shaniya.

Antoinette Davis, the Cumberland County woman accused of selling her daughter into sexual slavery, is set to appear in court again on February 2 to face felony criminal charges in connection to the murder of her daughter, Shaniya Davis.
The Black Urban Times learned Friday that D.W. Bray, the Fayettevilleattorney representing Antoinette Davis plans to ask the court for a continuation at that February 2 appearance.
“It will be continued,” said law office employee Melissa. When asked for further comment, we were told, “that is all we can say about the case at this time.”
Antoinette Davis has been charged with felony human trafficking, felony child abuse and prostitution, resisting a public official and filing a false police report.
Davis, who was pregnant at the time of her arrest, has been free on bond since her release from Central Women’s Prison in Raleigh, North Carolina on February 21, 2010. Attempts to locate and reach Davis or members of her family for comment were unsuccessful.

I’ll bet, on that last sentence. I think I had footage of a very pregnant Davis being chased down by a reporter and video crew after appearing in court. She wouldn’t stand still for an interview, refused to say anything, and kept walking to a waiting car. Davis, her mom, and their relatives are keeping their heads down; Davis may even be living well away from Fayetteville, just like her sperm donor, Bradley Lockhart. Lockhart now lives in another state and occasionally pops up for memorials to his daughter. The daughter he so cavalierly dumped on her mother so that he would finally have her off his hands. He still refuses to acknowledge his own role in this mess.
It’s been said that the baby Davis was carrying was a boy and that he was fostered out–by the same Department of Social Services that is stonewalling a thorough investigation into his half-sister’s death.  Davis already had another male child, who is also in foster care, and who has supplied the authorities with testimony regarding his mother’s and Mario Andrette McNeill’s movements at the time Shaniya was abducted.
I’ve tried to Google Antoinette Davis, but nothing else recent comes up from more mainstream sources. Shaniya’s alleged killer, Mario Andrette McNeill, is still in the slammer; his case comes up March 1 in the Cumberland County District Court.
Anyone with any additional information, and those with info that have preferably working links, are welcome to present them in the Comments.

Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has paid for the funeral of a 5-year-old North Carolina girl whose kidnapping and slaying received national news coverage.

The Fayetteville Observer in North Carolina reported Thursday that the Cleveland Cavaliers player was touched by the case of Shaniya Davis.

More than 2,000 people attended her funeral Sunday. The girl's body was found Nov. 10 beside a rural road.

Her mother, Antionette Davis, is charged with human trafficking and child abuse involving prostitution. Mario McNeill is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping.

The funeral home declined to say what the service cost.

A Cavaliers official did not return calls from The Associated Press early Thursday. The funeral home declined comment.

Robin Roberts -- Chris Approved My Rihanna Q's

Robin Roberts asked Chris Brown if she could question him about the Rihanna incident BEFORE the live interview began on "GMA" this morning ... this according to sources connected to the production.

Robin Roberts

Sources tell TMZ ... Roberts insists both she and other "GMA" staff members spoke with Chris before the interview and asked if it would be OK to fire off "a few questions" about the Rihanna incident ... and Chris approved.

As TMZ first reported, Brown flipped out after the interview -- and apparently smashed a window in his dressing room.

Robin is telling people at the show she did NOT try to set him up ... and insists, "I'm pulling for the guy."

As for the broken window, sources say no one in the studio saw Chris throw the chair into the window ... but he was definitely in the dressing room when the window was smashed.

UPDATE 9:19 AM: After Roberts left the "GMA" building, she posted on her Twitter page, "Sure has been an interesting AM @GMA. Still sorting thru everything myself. Just my 2nd day on twitter, wonder what tomorrow will bring?"

President Barack Obama

BREAKING: Obama May Be Impeached for Military Strikes Against Libya

U..S. President Barack Obama faces possible impeachment for not obtaining Congress’ approval prior to launching military attacks on Libya.
Members of the GOP and others are calling for Obama’s impeachment on the grounds that he abused his power as Commander-in-Chief by violating the Constitution. Obama’s critics are even using Obama’s own words against him.
This is what Obama said on December 20, 2007 when he was a senator running for president:
“The president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”
Obama was referring to the section in the Constitution that clearly states only Congress shall have power to… declare War on another country.
I never imagined that Obama’s term as president would end like this.

Daily Options: Chris Brown

Source: ‘ABC is Exploring Pressing Charges Against Chris Brown’

According to a loyal reader who works for ABC Network, higher ups at the network are “exploring” pressing charges against Chris Brown for busting out a window at the NY studios where ‘Good Morning America’ is taped.
The incident occurred this morning when Brown, 21, flew into a rage after co-host Robin Roberts questioned him about his violent assault against Rihanna in 2009. Brown, whose current album F.A.M.E. (forgiving all my enemies) dropped today, has documented anger issues with women.
Rather than assault Ms. Roberts, which surely would have happened had they been alone, Brown vented his rage on a dressing room window.
I can’t post the contents of my source’s email, but I can paraphrase it, per her request.
She wrote that ABC execs are “exploring pressing charges,” because they have “no tolerance” for Brown’s behavior. She said no crime has been determined yet.
She also wrote (I think) that ABC brass are in communication with Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, and that Geragos is worried that ABC will press charges.
She said ABC execs are holding back on pressing charges in the hopes that Brown will come back on the show — once he’s calmed down — to give a proper accounting for his behavior. ABC believes that Brown’s interview would be a “ratings blockbuster” for ABC.
The ABC source indicated in her email that Geragos is hinting that Brown will not come back on the show if ABC goes ahead with plans to press charges against him.
The source also expressed sympathy for her colleague, Robin Roberts, who has“been through hell and high water.”
